Preventative Maintenance Menu


Below we've highlighted our recommended RV maintenance intervals on components that commonly require preventative upkeep.


Keep in mind that many manufacturers require you to perform regular RV maintenance to maintain their component warranties. You should refer to your owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for your specific make and model.

Perform every 12 months 

 

What you get:  

  • Clean refrigerator, water heater and furnace burner tube assemblies 
  • Check operation of refrigerator, water heater and furnace 
  • Verify proper air mixture on water heater 
  • Clean stove burners of debris 
  • Check operation of stove/oven Inspect interior air-conditioner filters, as needed 
  • Visually inspect rooftop air-conditioning units 

Why you need it: Many RV appliances have liquid propane (LP) systems, and it is very important to keep the burn chambers properly cleared of debris, corrosion, and pests. This ensures trouble-free operation and long life.

Perform every 75 hours or 12 months  

 

What you get:  

  • Clean and check battery and connections 
  • Visual inspection of exhaust system 
  • Clean spark arrestor 
  • Verify CO detector and operation 
  • Check air & fuel filters 
  • Change oil and filter *Parts approximately $37.50 additional price 
  • Perform load test 

Why you need it: Manufacturers recommend this service every 75 hours or 12 months to maintain trouble-free operation and long life.

  • Drain fresh water tank and water heater 
  • Drain lines & fill all traps 
  • Dump fresh water (additional $50 to dump grey &/or black tanks) 
  • Pump anti-freeze through fresh water lines (if water heater bypass already installed) 
  • Includes up to 2 gallons of antifreeze 

Additional charge of $50 for Class A, $50 for icemaker, dishwasher, &/or washer/dryer
